Logging in by using a company login
If you use a company login every time you access ECP-123, this section is for you.
- Contact your IT or pharmacy administrator and tell them to log you into ECP-123 with this username and password combination.
- Go to Secure.ecp123.com, locate the “Log-in Details” section, and click the link for the “Company Login”. You will be taken to a login screen where you need to enter your company’s username for login access.
- Once you are logged in, you will be able to log in to all of the other features of ECP-123: pharmacy stock management, reimbursement tracking, and reporting.
- You can login using this username and password anytime by going to Secure.ecp123.com and clicking on the “Log-in Details” link for the “Company Login”.
What is a Company login?
When you use a company login, you do not have to enter your username and password every time you use ecp123 login . The software will recognize that you have logged in using the company login and automatically fill in your information for you when you log in.

What is the difference between a Company Login and a User Login?
A company login is assigned to a company account, which limits access to data in ECP-123 to those who have been granted access by the owner of that account.
A user login can be assigned to an individual’s account and will allow them to access all of the features of ecp123 login . The owner of that user account can decide whether they want their employees (or anyone else) logged in as themselves or as their own company.
Which of ECP-123’s features can I access with a Company Login as opposed to a User Login?
