AWS certification can be a great source of income and success for you. It is an important step in your career and it will help you to stand out from the crowd.
To become certified, you need to pass the exam. But before that, there are 10 tips to help you pass the exam:
1. Prepare well
This is one of the most important tips when it comes to passing any certification exam. You need to prepare well for each question and answer every question correctly. This will help you achieve high marks in the exam. The first thing that you need to do is read the syllabus really well, especially if you have never taken an IT certification before. The syllabus contains all that you need to know about various topics like security concepts, tools and techniques, policies and processes, audit trails, etc. The best way to study for this exam is by reading through everything in detail so that you understand every word written there.
2. Practice as much as possible
The more times you practice, the better your chances of passing the exam are going to be. You should also try different methods such as mock exams so that you can improve on your skills and get used to what is expected from you during the real test day.
Take a practice test or two using real AWS data. This will let you focus on specific areas where you’re having problems, rather than just reading off answers from a book.
Read through all of your study material and practice exercises until you feel completely comfortable with them.

Why is AWS Certified Security Specialty Exam challenging ?
The AWS Certified Security Specialist exam is a difficult exam. The primary reason for this is that there are many different ways to violate the security of an AWS environment, and therefore you need to have an understanding of many different types of attacks and vulnerabilities.
Another factor is that the exams are administered by multiple vendors, which means that they are generally not uniform in terms of difficulty or scope.
There are also some practical considerations that make it difficult for candidates to pass the exam:
1) The exams require knowledge about Linux, Windows and other operating systems. This can be challenging for candidates who do not work with these systems on a regular basis.
2) The exams are generally multiple choice and fill out forms, so it’s easy for candidates to get distracted by other tasks while taking the exam.
The AWS Certified Security Specialist exam is one of the toughest certification exams out there. While it is not impossible to pass, it requires a significant amount of time and effort.
The first thing you will notice about the AWS certification is that it has two parts:
Part A: The Security Essentials exam consists of 50 questions and takes about 1.5 hours to complete. It covers core security topics such as incident response, security policy, identifying threats, secure access authentication, secure networks, threats and vulnerabilities, and cloud security monitoring.
Part B: The Security Expert exam consists of 150 questions and takes about 2 hours to complete. It covers advanced security topics such as securing applications in production environments; protecting infrastructure devices; implementing best practices for identity management; understanding how to use encryption effectively; managing multiple environments and services; implementing threat intelligence feeds; understanding how to manage risk with software patching; implementing a firewall architecture; understanding how to use integrated threat management tools like NEXUS or Kaspersky Endpoint Protection (KEP); deploying a security operations center (SOC) solution using AWS CloudWatch Events or Elastic Load Balancing
